Beautiful little hotel in a favourable position in a residential suburb close to the bamboo forest which is as tranquil as the pictures. Extremely comfy beds and a mini-bar, coffee and closet space. Location just next door to river, shrine and shopping as well as train station. Such wonderful overall experience.

Great value for money and reasonably large room with very comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Location so close to the Bamboo Forest and Tenryu Ji Temple and the train station.

property was modern, with incredibly attentive staff and unbeatable location very close to the metro station. enjoyed staying at the a nice size room with enormous king size bed. overall the service was excellent. location: the hotel was just next door to arashiyama and the arashiyama train station and sightseeing spots such as bamboo grove and togetsukyo and nearby attractions such as the bamboo forest and tenryu ji temple. i dined so close to the venue at le plat plus. the stay was wonderful, recommend.

The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, including the reliable WiFi that allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

As budget travelers, we highly recommend this modern boutique hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close to public transportation. We found it easy to get to from Kansai airport, and we appreciated being walking distance from both Saga Arashimaya and JR Arashiyama stations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely ensuite bathroom with a big bathtub and rainfall showerhead. We received excellent service from the friendly staff, and enjoyed a delicately made breakfast sandwich.

The lobby area could benefit from being more spacious and presentable.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving vacation! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing – we loved the spa products provided. The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the nearest train station, and we found plenty of great vegetarian food nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, too.

Our only issue was with breakfast – we didn't realize that the breakfast box and sandwiches contained meat and bread products, and the continental breakfast option wasn't clear. However, the hotel manager was understanding and refunded us.

The value for money was excellent, especially considering the enormous king size bed and the attention to detail in the beautifully decorated room. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the tranquil bamboo forest, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The basic amenities were all provided, and the WiFi worked perfectly. Additionally, the breakfast, although a bit unique to our American taste, was delivered to our room and was surprisingly tasty.

All was perfectly fine during our stay.
